Rasch schon biegen wir in den Wald ein und steigen hoch richtung Mittelpunkt des Kantons Graub\u00fcndens, zu den imposanten Felsformationen, dem Crap Furo. Danach halten wir Ausschau nach der wundersch\u00f6nen Orchidee Frauesch\u00fceli. Wenn das Klima mitspielt, sollten wir sie in dieser Jahreszeit bestaunen d\u00fcrfen. Unser Picknick geniessen wir mitten im Wald (Sitzunterlage mitnehmen). Der Weg bringt uns zur eindr\u00fccklichen Schwefelquelle, wo wir falls die Zeit reicht, unsere F\u00fcsse tunken k\u00f6nnen (Erfrischung gewissJ ). Schwefel ist heilend f\u00fcr die Gelenke und die Haut. Entlang des Flusses Albula geht es zur\u00fcck zum Parkplatz in Surava.
